Called them again and again. Almost every time they immediately hung up on me. Guess my technical issue didnt fall under their scope of suppote.
I reached them once and spent 15 minutes before the scammer established it was a prank call. There is a recorded message saying they have technical difficulties, which is probably the least of their worries tonight.
