Called them and told them I had a popup on my computer. He asked me if I had a customer license ID number. The voice was the same guy from the mp3 file here. I asked him if he really was microfoft, he said “We are microsoft certified technician.” He then asked me for me phone number so he could arrange a call back from a technician. I asked him if it was a scam and he immediately hung up.
