Fooling these people is like fighting a blind man with his arms tied behind his back.
I told him I had an Apple GravnstienBook running Apple Horizon software with error message Oompa 3749 and I was watching Bollywood videos. I asked him if he knew how to fix the new Horizon software. He looked in his system and said yes but my network had been breached.
I called the same number and wanted Microsoft. I have a Microsoft Ramaloo running WIndow 17 and an error message of fitgibit 1432. She said she has used that new software and the computer is really awesome. They never cease to amaze me with their stupidity. I can basically make up anything and they believe it.
