Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-invasive “David” asked me to write down his personal Level 3 number (650) 300-4229 and wanted to view my browser history before I intercepted on the grounds of “invasion of privacy.”
- “David” promptly refused to “suppoat,” instead transferring the call to his “Senior Supervisor, Mark,” who falsely claimed there was malware on my devices and network. I told him I was not aware of this, and he promptly hung up.
