Additional information about this scam: This was a callback from a virus popup. I had this virus alert but when I called there was no answer. John called me back and is saying hackers are present. Here is a screenshot of the original pop up this morning.

Level 3 via Skype, baiting with virtual machine.
HIGHLIGHTS FROM VIRTUAL MACHINE BAIT:
- The bhenchod answers as PayPal and asked for an invoice number. As I gave a fake invoice number, he told me to throw my computer out the window and blocked my TextNow line.
