Extra Info: sends email saying your microsoft subscription is ending and you must pay a total of $207.67 story is they were unable to renew my card automatically, so if I don’t pay I loose all Microsoft services “word, excel, power point” etc… Their time of operation is 8am to 8pm EST 7 days a week. Update - They are actually answering the phone.
Light them up folks.
Update they said they need to call back on a monday since the “billing departments” are closed

They are answering calls now at 1:30pm Est im using text now and using all NYC area codes 516, 347 212 etc…
