Additional information about this scam: john thompson asked me if I wanted his help I said hell yea, what kind of chores are you able to take care of , john said he does not do chores.
I just tell the idiot, "well what the hell good are you I don’t need an idiot scammer, I need someone to do some work
,john then said something about his sister kicking the shit out of him when he was a kid, didn’t really understand he had a mouth full of marbles or something.

Called them, they introduced themselves as “Michael soft Technical Support” (no kidding, the guy genuinely did say Michael soft) but I didn’t get a name. They said they’d put me on hold, which they did, and they then hung up. Not very good customer service, 0/10.
