Additional information about this scam: I got a call from Michael, “the technician who worked on your computer, last time.” Ok! Michael says that he is receiving errors and warnings from my home network. He wants me to Be In Front of My Computer.
I was able to call back and Michael says “thank you for calling Support.”
His favorite color is black. He refused to Be In Front of his Computer and to Press and Hold the Four-Flag Windows Key for Four Hours Continuously. Instead, he offered to Do One Thing and sexually assault my family.
