Additional information about this scam: Michael called me asking for Mr. Elmer Fudde, and said I had been speaking to an agent in their chat (?) I have only been speaking to fake printer technicians today…
Anyway, I was able to call back and reach Mr. Michael, but his tone soon shifted and he became combative and uncooperative when I asked him to verify his favorite color. Now he won’t pick up the phone.
