I’ve made calls to Microsoft to verify if your company is indeed Microsoft partnered and provide authentic tech support service; and they assured me that you are not. They have taken down your partner certificate various times and somehow you guys manage to get it back. We are not the bad guys here, its you. Many AV companies such as Norton and Malwarebytes have flagged your products, such as my faster pc, as rouge software designed to trick victims into thinking they have problems in their computer; so that they can call your so-called support hotline to pay for phony tech services. Bitdefender has even blocked your site and considered it as phishing. It is disturbing to think about the fact that you like to take money from people who barely make a living because they trust in you into fixing their computer problems. Let me tell you, if you think you can go after us, you better think about this long and hard because this will not end very well for you. I guarantee you that. We don’t mess with legitimate companies. We mess with scammers who prey on the innocent. We are committed in protecting potential victims from falling into your dishonest schemes; hence the high volume of calls your call center has been getting.
