Extra Info: This is the second time they have called my home number which is on the DNC. First you get someone from the Philippines, Then they connect you to another company, all four times they’ve had American accents. If you ask the name of their company, they say things like “we work with all major companies” “We provide help for Medicare” If you pin them down and try to get a company name, they immediately hang up.

They block after 4 or 5 calls. They use a call center in the Philippines to try to get by the DNC, guy called me a MFer and a POS. 
It’s once again an IP Horizon number. IP Horizon usually operates on Peerless Network. Both of these entities are known safe havens of scams.
