Extra Info: A man claiming to be with “the health department” at Medicare called me (The name on my caller ID was Excelsior, not Medicare. Without even addressing me by name, he quickly proceeded to tell me a genetic cheek swab test was being offered to me free of charge. When I asked him which doctor ordered the test, he hung up. When I called him back, I was put on hold. The familiar hold music and elf like voice is typical of what I usually encounter when I return scam calls.
I was on hold forever. I just quit and hung up.
