These numbers lead to the same call receiver, in my experience one of a few women who will respond with “Hello, this is ___ with the Medicare enrollment center.” These numbers will also initiate calls, claiming to be responding to an inquiry about affordable medicare coverage. Calling during “off-hours” will return the same hold music. If a potential victim answers and engages with the scammer, the scammer will ask about the victims age, mentioning that they can get reduced prices if they are under 65. If the potential victim responds that they are younger than 64, the scammer will feed them something along the lines of “Unfortunately you do not qualify for coverage, goodbye,” and hang up quickly, seemingly to move on to a new victim. However, they don’t seem to keep good records, as they will call back at a later time with the same script, and will call up to 7 times a day
