They claim to be located in Washington State. I doubt it, but I am not going to make any immediate conclusions.
They say on the footer website “This website is not related to Athena Health Quickpayportal. Always remember, for any kind of payment and services, you have to visit www.quickpayportal.com, which is the official website. This site is for informational purposes only. www.quickpayportal.com quickpayportal”, but they still collect personal information when a user presses “pay bill” and is redirected to another impersonation site with the Athena Health logo that most certainly does NOT disclose this.

The website is still working and no one has taken the action on it .
