Additional information about this scam: There seems to be a single scammer running the operation - at least the same guy picked up the phone each time. He’s easily triggered, but I’m guessing since it’s a toll free number he’ll keep it active for awhile.

Sounds like the same guy on the phone, but this time I could hear other activity in the background. He hung up after a couple of grunts, haha.
No one answering 888 223 1560, just music playing like I’m on hold.
888 414 4390 did answer and I confused him because I kept asking him to help me get a virus off my computer.

I just called (305) 780-5742 and I left as a message on the voicemail of this phone number the recording that you made to Noah and posted. Let’s TERRORIZE these criminals!
EDIT: For some 20 minutes now I have been calling this (305) 780-5742 repeatedly and leaving different messages by playing Tunak Tunak Tun and other music into the messages that I left.
Just now someone FINALLY answered my call to the (305) 780-5742 but whoever answered remained quiet, so after a pause of a couple of seconds I whispered, “Don’t be so shy and timid, criminal. Beg for money.” Whoever answered hung up immediately without saying anything.
