Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Brandon” blanked my screen as he pulled up a refund form hosted on Cancellation and refund form, which is designed to make it look like I got a refund of $6,999.90

  • I was asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t have online banking, I was asked to enroll even though it was impossible for me to do so. Instead, I was asked to go to the nearest Walmart and make a Western Union/Moneygram transfer of $6,299.91 or purchase Apple gift cards.
  • I refused to do so on the grounds that the bank would freeze my account if I paid in that way and instead offered to write a check to them or put my card details on a “secure web portal.” Hew responded by trying to sign me up for a Walmart account so I can purchase an eGift card, though I refused because he was trying to create an account without my consent.
  • In the end, “Brandon” locked me out of my virtual machine and said the FBI will arrest me for purchasing child porn.
