They obviously sell fake software keys and then run the refund script when it doesn’t work or was unauthorized payment by those pesky hackers from 4 or 40 locations

Suspected Telcoline, “Alex William” answers as “McAfee and Norton” and wants me to get a “refund” by “opening the Google Chrome” and downloading ConnectWise from ghelp1.org (Code: 74060, IP: 188.114.96.3 ) or AnyDesk (Address: 1550003513/“Klaus,” Password: admin123)
Once “Alex” remotely connected to my virtual machine through AnyDesk, he proceeded to install ConnectWise before having me fill out a “cancellation and refund form” and log into my nonexistent bank account.
Since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to provide my debit card number to process a “refund.” But as I gave a nonworking debit number, they blocked my input and masked my screen with a fake update while attempting to see my webcam.
