) or UltraViewer (ID: 91251983/ROHIT-GUPTA)
I faked the ConnectWise download not working, prompting “Mark” to have me install UltraViewer. But once he remotely connected to my virtual machine, he attempted to download ConnectWise under the guise of “connecting to the secure server:”
- I intercepted and he then asked me to fill out a “cancellation and refund form” and log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, I was told to throw my computer out the window.
