FYI - I cold called the number on their website last night (888-434-9414). Just said I was disconnected with “Davis, David, I can’t remember” and they proceeded to connect to my machine and upload and download files off of it. They then checked out my computer specs (it is a VM) and once they saw it was a VM they said I had to be transfered to a supervisor. They then just hung up and blocked my number.
