Additional information about this scam: I did not receive the email but a poster reports a fake bill. I gave the amount $436.36 and the order ID 7993894.

They wanted to ‘refund’ to my cc and here are some attempts at using it:
DIPVTEL, hung up after a series of quick rings.
Not even 1 ring before disconnecting.

I am guessing whatever call system they are using filters out the provider or something that you are using. I had that issue when calling with textfree but text now works and they pick up.
Just picked up at 449pm ET.
They had stopped answering my TextMe and TextNow calls to (833) 498-3997 today, so I moved onto other threads.
