The carrier is Ring Central. Almost all scams of this nature emailed with a PDF attachment and posing as McAfee or Norton are usually on the network of Ring Central. Ring Central is a piece of shit and scum that is turning a blind eye to illegal robocalls. I’ve reported hundreds of numbers to them to NO AVAIL. I don’t care what some of the attorneys and scammers on this website are saying (they are clearly protecting them due to financial interests). Ring Central never responds back, in my experience.

I’ve had very good results with them recently, replies used to be very bad a couple years back but I’ve had numbers shutdown in less then 20 minutes and most in a few hours, unsure why yours aren’t being replied to
