Goes to a Sophia Griffin VM
It maybe being forwarded to an innocent number. It was being picked up as McAfee when I tested it. Now it’s going to Sophia VM
Onvoy line, baiting with virtual machine.
HIGHLIGHTS FROM VIRTUAL MACHINE BAIT:
- The scammer actually “cancelled” my nonexistent purchase when I called from my Google Voice line, so I called him from my TextNow line.
- In order to “cancel,” I was asked to “connect to the McAfee Secure Server” by “opening the Google Chrome” and downloading AweSun. He hung up during the installation process, so I called back to no avail.
He is answering but randomly hangs up for no apparent reason
