Took forever, but they directed me to teamviewer.com to download. Didn’t get far enough to get any other indicators or info

dumbest scammer i’ve ever seen, spen 30 mins just to paste the refund form link, used his phone to connect. also pretends to be from amazon. IP: 110.225.6.220 (Kolkata)

I called this number and got to the very end and hung up and recalled to keep em on their toes and I was connected to an elderly gentleman instead, it seems that their phone system got messed up somehow and I got connected to a victim! I told him about the scam made sure he knew not to call this number again. It felt great and im glad I was able to help him with it!
