The guy answered with only hello. I asked him his name and he said he is Max Robertson with Suppoat. I’m on call now.

Level 3 via Skype, baiting with virtual machine.
HIGHLIGHTS FROM VIRTUAL MACHINE BAIT:
- The bhenchod, “Shelton Benjamin (Shelton882010)” answered as “Norton” and claimed that it came preinstalled when I purchased my computer, prompting you to “cancel the auto-renewal” by “opening the Google Chrome” and throwing your computer out the window.
- I called the number back and “Shelton” asked me to install AnyDesk (ID: 1369243053 “Lenovo” / 1749810127 “SECURE SERVER,” Password: cancel123) and disable the showing of incoming session requests. “Shelton” blanked my screen, asked me to open the email on my web browser.
- The “refund manager,” “Peter,” then called from his personal TextNow line, (915) 348-7820, and had me fill out a “refund form,” * which falsely claims they are Norton, McAfee, AVG, Avast, Webroot, Kaspersky, Eset, BitDefender, Avira and Malwarebytes and that they are affiliated with the BBB and the FTC.
- I was then asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. Since I don’t do online banking, I was then asked to register for one anyways, so I played him the Bhenchod Song.
