Answers as: “Suppoat” or “McAfee”
Technicians: “Bruce,” “Olivia”
Supervisor: “Mark”
Falsely Claims:
- My name was “Ke-PIN”
- Case of “identity theft”
- Charge of $444.97 from Dayton, Ohio
- I need to connect to a “secure server”
Remote Access Software: Mobile app, RealVNC Server or UltraViewer (ID: 200488239/DESKTOP-TOOPSO3)

“Bruce” refused to “suppoat” because I wasn’t using a smartphone. “Olivia” called me a madarchod and first wanted me to use RealVNC Server for remote access before instead having me install UltraViewer.
- Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, I was first asked to go to whatismyipaddress.com, which I refused to go to.
- I was then asked if I do online banking, which I don’t do, and what I generally use my virtual machine for, which I refused to provide an answer for.
- “Olivia” then logged me out of my virtual machine, then proceeded to view my nonexistent camera before sharing what I told her to a co-worker in Hindi.
- I was then asked to wire money to them via Western Union, which I refused to do on the grounds that the bank would freeze my account, but they insisted and registered an account using the password “123paUSA”
- As the virtual machine then froze up, I reset it and they wanted me to purchase a $200 Apple e-gift card to “verify” that I am the individual receiving the refund.
- As a last resort, they wanted me to put my card information on Notepad before transferring the call to “Mark,” who wanted me to do a wire transfer before telling me to suck his lund.
