After initially telling me to throw my computer out the window once I told him QuickAssist wasn’t supported for my device, the incredibly-deaf bhenchod asked me to fill out an “FTC Cancellation & Refund Form” and log into my nonexistent bank account, then log out.
- I was then asked to hang up and receive a callback from his supervisor, “James,” who proceeded to “secure” the connection by downloading ConnectWise from ddfcare.top, falsely claiming UltraViewer was a “robotic agent,” and even going as far as to completely disable all Windows Defender protections when the initial download failed.
- “James” then blanked my screen and attempted to view my browser history before asking me to log into my nonexistent bank account so he can manipulate the page to make it look like I received way more than expected in a refund, but he instead opted to fuck a camel
