Guy answered as McAfee, took my caller id number + scambaiting email for “verification and security purposes”. Came back telling me they aren’t McAfee but a different AntiVirus “helpdesk” yet wouldn’t confirm who and simply claimed I must’ve called the wrong number. I pointed out to him he answered as McAfee in the first place and about the website of theirs displaying as McAfee with their phone number on it, told me I need to doublecheck my search then hung up.
What a fucking bozo. 
HIGHLIGHTS FROM VIRTUAL MACHINE BAIT:
- The scammer answered as “this side McAfee” and tried to enroll me for a 2-year plan by connecting me to the “McAfee Secure Server” via UltraViewer (ID: 73094576).
- Once “Roy Parker (RPZ9457)” remotely connected to my virtual machine, he wanted me to run the “netstat -sp tcp” command in the command prompt to falsely claim 9 people were accessing your computer.
- After running the “dir/s” command to “reboot your device,” they will falsely claim your phone lines were tapped by the “Tinba (Tiny Banker) Trojan” and prompt you to go to whatismyipaddress.com. I intercepted by playing the Bhenchod Song.
