I talked to Indian scammers and one was Mike and he other Ratan.
I heard this chit chat in the background in Hindi:
“…Beautiful breeze on my roof int he evening. I sit there (on the roof) and enjoy a nice cup of Chai”
(btw almost all Indian homes in big cities have flat roofs and stairs from inside go to the roof top)
Next chit chat I overheard in Hindi
“Why you brought just Pooris. Why not Haluva also? With Pooris Haluwa goes very well!”
(poories are puffed deep hot breads served hot. Many people eat with sweet desert called semolina Haluwa)
They hide their company registration by registering in Cyprus and even British Virgin Islands- BVI.

I called, but I didn’t have McAfee on my VM.
He connected to it, but just took me to the official McAfee site, so he was probably suspicious.
Still wasted a good 30 minutes though.
Another call, I rambled more and managed to take 30-40 minutes just to get them on the computer. But their phone cut out or something, and I don’t have a callback, so I just ended it there.

We had a 30 minute disucssion.
He installed McAfee onto my VM through the main website.
He tried to check syskey and msconfig32 but I disabled it before in order to prevent him from doing that.
he asked for my name and I said “Tom Smith” and a random email.
Pulled up my “Reciet” on my phone and said nothing that made sense.
Seems very suspicious.
I wouldn’t recommend you call them and give them access to your pc only VM.
