Jackass answered as PP then transferred me over to the norton dept. Claims identity theft.

Notice the spelling error Dear ‘custome’ and the green background. These are two things tying these scammers to many other scams that I have seen on here, including ones that I have posted. @drwat I believe has noticed something similar. They often say email invoice even though they are text.
