I’ll try again.
I called for the first and second time this number, but someone answered and hung up each time. On the 1st call though I had time to say, “Hello, McAfee? I need a customer service representative please.”
Maybe they are skittish because they have been baited/harassed!
Maybe I’ll get a callback.
No name but Sir/Madam. I have never heard a company say that they REJOICE in my business!
I’d not gotten a callback. So for the 3rd time today I called this number. A man answered speaking a foreign language and I heard what seemed to be another man on a cell phone speaking a foreign language. They seemed to be speaking to each other. I said, “Hello? Sir, is this McAfee?” I do not know if he could hear me or not, but he did not speak to me but spoke in a foreign language to another guy and it seemed like whoever answered this toll-free number was speaking to the other guy on a cell phone.
Is this their script now? Haha, answer the phone when an American calls but DO NOT speak in English but rather speak to a friend or family member on a cell phone in a language other than English!
At least someone spoke to you, @JusticeinTexas!
That is so silly about how someone said he or she rejoices in your business. I bet the person rejoiced in a most ecstatic way … dare I write euphoric way!
