Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-invasive “David” hung up on me as I refused to provide him the cancellation ID, then attempted to view my webcam to no avail.

  • Surprisingly, he never disconnected from my virtual machine, so I proceeded to play the Bhenchod Song.

They just now picked up for me @FIREFIGHTER619 from a text now number, said the refund manager would call me back in 10-15 minutes (I think what they’re doing is turning the number on & off, looking for susceptible customers)
