The domain they gave is https://rmsupport.live/ (Uses an iframe with a domain of http://rmbakend.xyz/)
Another domain they use is https://yksupport.online/ (redirects to https://ykbackend.xyz/guest)
I told them a antivirus was blocking the download, so they pivoted to Zoho. Zoho shut them down.
I don’t really know what to do about that other crappy support program. Is there anyone to report it to or anyone who gives a damn?
The only thing you can do is report the domain to the registar but not even that works 100% of the time. Microsoft needs to add ScreenConnect to the anti virus flagging list, it’s just a trojan tbh.
My strategy when the scammer goes for that is to say that it’s being blocked by “the nortron” and I don’t know the password because my nephew set it up for me…
