530-289-8064 – Will not SPEAK with you if they do not have your number. Both guys were rude and sounded half asleep. But that does not mean that you cannot call and make their miserable lives more miserable.
@JusticeinTexas#31476 Already have given them a lot of laughing and gas bursts. ![]()
@6flagsray#31478 Good. It is amazing that they think the IRS is really that rude. That is what happens from watching too much television. I have dealt with the real IRS. Once when we did owe taxes due to my husband’s divorce and they were really nice about setting up the payment plan for a year, all interest and penalties stopped. The second time was when we bought our house and were supposed to get 10% back (that was great because that was our down payment) but we never got it. They gave me a Tax Advocate who was really sweet and she took care of it very quickly. The third time was when we underpaid by accident and they just sent us a notice. I called, they explained and I paid it. No big deal and no interest or penalties. On one scam baiting call, I actually got a real IRS agent who was so polite and so AMERICAN. They always use Mr, Mrs or Ms and their last name and no badge ID number. I told him what I was doing and he thought it was great and we had a laugh together. I have never been scared of the IRS so, from the first call I received in 2009, I knew it was a fake. It amazes me how people can fall for the scam with the accent alone. How can you pay taxes half your life and not know how it works? It is probably the bullying and the threats that they pull.
Number seems to be disconnected
