716-371-8750 – Officer John Black was on drugs or something. He was yelling his script at the top of his voice and if I tried to ask anything he had to start all over again. We got disconnected so I called back and got a woman who sent me to him but she was giggling and it hung up again. SO I called back and got the same guy and he sounded like he was snorting something up his nose. What a bunch of weirdos, I mean MORE than usual.
