“Angel” falsely claimed I inquired about Noxitril based on a television/radio ad. The number was also previously reported as a possible callback for a PayPal scam, and the company responsible for the call was identified as Coastline Products, LLC.
@barryspar I think this is them if you want to go after them https://www.zaubacorp.com/COASTLINE-PRODUCTS-PRIVATE-LIMITED-U74110UP2014PTC062825
Appreciate that. If I remember correctly @OfclyGoodenough posted a lot of good stuff on them as well.
Some of these lower level bottom feeders are not worth suing because they just hide their money or close up and open shop again. I’m going to have to ask a few attorneys I know who have experience with tcpa litigation.
@barryspar, from what I’ve seen, you most certainly would win your case as they failed to honor your request to have them stop sending you marketing text messages within the span of 10 business days.
Agreed, I have a slam dunk case technically.
I just have to find out if this is a defendant worth dealing with. There are a few notorious tcpa violators who for one reason or another nobody likes to sue.
I think you will have a solid case against them. You can also sue their CEO personally, I believe. It appears that their address is: COASTLINE PRODUCTS LLC DBA NATURE’S HARMONY
2222 AVENUE OF STARS #702E
LOS ANGELES, CA 90067
There is already a TCPA lawsuit against them:
Tatum v. Coastline Products, LLC et al (6:25-cv-00493), Texas Eastern District Court
David Pourmand is their CEO: David Pourmand | Phone Number | COASTLINE PRODUCTS, LLC | Member
Thanks for that link!!
The nerve of them to keep doing this stuff while they’re being sued…
I’ll have to read the case and see how they are handling it.
