On December 15, 2024, the Rio Arriba County Sheriff’s Office in New Mexico arrested Mahendra Darbar, an Indian national who travelled to the United States on a student visa, for serving as a money mule for a Social Security scam in which the scammers made unsolicited cold calls to victims under the guise of U.S. Marshals and falsely claimed their Social Security Numbers were being suspended on suspicion of money laundering. The victims will be asked to withdraw a significant amount of money from their bank accounts and transfer it into an ATM or hand it over to a designated money mule.
Darbar is now held on charges of Fraud over $20,000 and the attempt to commit. This is considered a second-degree felony in the state of New Mexico, which means Darbar can face up to 9 years prison and a $10,000 fine.
I second that. I hope he finds multiple boyfriends in prison of various races. I bet they will like him; quite an exotic species for New Mexico’s penitentiaries

Hopefully next January we see much more of this begin. I am so tired of people coming here and doing nothing but use the American people. Hopefully they hold off sentencing until sometime next year and he may be in for more years in a worse prison. Make him sweat every moment of his time in fear because that’s what a person who loses everything to this type of imported human feces does.
I completely agree with you, sir. I would even take it a step further. We need to severely restrict or eliminate all H1B Visa Sponsorships, as most of them are done to defraud the system and benefit unethical greedy employers. If anyone doesn’t believe me, they should just research some Indian lovely “IT consulting companies” like InfoSys. They truly do not create anything, except for subpar garbage products built by semi-literate ignorant peons of Bangalore and Kolkata. They also were investigated multiple times by Federal authorities for systemic visa fraud. I would not be surprised if I were to find out that they had been in cahoots with some of the scammers and spammers discussed here.
I said it before, and I will repeat it again: China, India, the Philippines, Vietnam and others are NOT our friends. Almost everything they do has a goal of hurting the American people and undermining our power and reputation all over the world! Enough of them, and their “foreign guest workers”.
I think all these foreign “guests” had overstayed their welcome. We don’t need them, we don’t want them, we don’t like them and we see nothing good in them. Time to put America and our people first!
Next year many will be escorted out of our country. By escorted I mean forced out, lose everything of value that they gained while stealing and perhaps bump their heads on the way across the border.

Very good point. The infuriating statistic speaks for itself: Over 90% of all phone and Internet scams tend to be based in merely 3 countries. I think we all know their names: India, Pakistan and the Philippines. To add insult to injury, their citizens come here in droves to defraud and harass our people and enrich themselves. It is absolutely insane that only very few people see the trend here. These individuals even managed to infiltrate improvererished African nations to run their nasty countless scams there. Will it ever stop?
Every small store here seems to be owned by them (people willing to scam/steal). I have stood behind someone making an identical purchase of Gatorade (same flavor too!) however I was asked to pay $1 more simply because the store is run by imported thieves from a 3rd world country that raise the prices depending on the color or race of the wallets owner. I am disgusted with how so many suddenly don’t speak English even though they have been in America 15+ years and work in a store. If I had my way we would play the sound to the purge and hand out their addresses to whomever feels like rounding them up. I want as many removed (Illegal Trash) as possible and if they go home to nothing - let them, they made the bed of crap and they can sleep in it.
