Hi everyone, I was browsing the web today trying to look for a file to download, and when I found the cloud storage service that had the file I wanted, I clicked on the link and clicked download which opened up a new tab and Firefox started yelling at me that my computer had a virus and there was a login box that I had to hold the escape key on my mac’s keyboard to be able to close it and close the tab at the same time. The domain seems to be one of those easy to get free domains that you can sign up to get without using any personal information. (I’ve made my own free domains before so I understand that some of these scammers want to spend a very small amount of money). Of course, I am on a iMac from 2007 and running the latest version of Firefox, so the result from the scam webpage might be different for others than it is for me. I am attaching a screenshot of the page and I will also link the page below and the phone number associated with it.
Please bring down these guys, I really hate these kinds of webpages that lock up your browser!!!

Update : I just checked the website and if you just go to http://www.zayroot10.tk/
there is a different popup that actually creates new windows constantly and breaks your browser unless your force quit it. The same phone number is listed there like the one I’ve posted above, but I thought it was interesting to find a different popup on the same website. Thanks again.

When I called them I acted like I was a “Sir” Note Im actaully a Girl anways when i sounded like a Sir i started shouting YOUR A CHUTIYA reapeativly and then he said I was a idiot and I have no life and no Girl
I mean I did report the website to Google Safe Browsing so that might have been a factor in the shutdown. Does the number still work?

I don't know about just going to http://www.zayroot10.tk/ but if that's the part that was erased, the popup link (which still works) is http://www.zayroot10.tk/fir/index.html
I just checked that link 1 minute ago and it is still online. I don't know about the phone number though, according to the most recent comment you call them and they pick up and immediately hang up the phone.
