Looking for a video editor!

I’m using Movie Maker for video editing (laugh at me all you want), which has been a bit problematic recently. I’m trying to edit a video that’s 1+ hour long, but Movie Maker keeps freezing. You’re not supposed to use it to edit long videos, I guess. ¯</s>(ツ)/¯

Anyone have any suggestions for video editors? I just want something that's relatively easy to use and just gets the job done (speeding up, cutting clips, etc.)

Sony Vegas is very good.

Try Magix VEGAS Pro (Sony sold VEGAS to Magix a while back) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
