800TollFreeNow line, “this side David” answered as “Suppoat” and told me to throw my computer out the window. I called back and “this side Liam” was too deaf to provide “suppoat,” so I just played him the Bhenchod Song.
- I called back and “Steven” asked me to hold down the ESC key and open QuickAssist or UltraViewer, but he was too impatient to even provide “suppoat”
- I called back once more and “Marcus” wanted me to run “QuickAssist,” but I had him run UltraViewer (ID: 44765183/DESKTOP-NHG26GG) before the call was disconnected.
- “Marcus” told me that they don’t accept “fake Window” and tried to block me, though the PBX I use is practically unblockable. He responded by trying to reset the virtual machine remotely.
- I called back and “Henry” asked if I was using a computer or laptop before having me run UltraViewer (ID: 76544467/DESKTOP-URIRVMC) to “connect to the secure servers of Microsoft” before telling me to throw my computer out the window.
- I called back and “Alex William this side” asked me to provide my name and birthday before falsely claiming an “attempt of hacking” took place within the past 48 hours and prompting me to run UltraViewer to “connect to the safe and secure server.”
