I live in Iowa and recently there have been in increase in phone scams such as insurance, warranty and debt collection scams. I just got a call earlier which seems to be a new scam, This time it is a tech support scam, anyways here’s the number. NUMBER REMOVED

@Jamesl29#83856 Sorry to disappoint, but it seems like the company spoofed their callerID before they dialed you, most companies conducting a ‘sketchy’ business usually do this so you’re unable to call them back (some may or may not want this depending on the type of scam) or to increase the likelihood that you answer. When I called the phone number I didn’t reach any company, just a confused sounding man, which I apologized to and hung up. Did you try redialing the phone number before posting it? We strongly encourage everyone to do so, as this kind of situation occurs quite a lot. Thanks
