855-200-0493 – Indian scammers still doing the student loan scam. Rotten evil people doing this during this time. Asking for your name, email, birthdate and SSN. If you won’t give your SSN, they say that they cannot help you. Also they say they are the Department of Education. When I said you are not actually the government, she swore at me and hung up. Oh, I asked why she was at work and she said they have to sleep in their office and not go home. I had to laugh out loud at that one! EDIT: Said it was Liberty Document Service out of Orange, CA. I looked them up on BBB and it is a scam student loan thing. I asked why everybody has an Indian accent and why the BBB has so many scam complaints against them. He swore and hung up. I called the number listed on their website and nobody answered. There are tons of sites saying that they are a scam. Creep promises lower payments if you pay them up front.

I asked if they were living in tents and she said YES! She also got upset when I said I could not work for a month and had no money so this loan forgiveness would be great. NOPE! They don't want to hear that. I cannot understand why they keep up the pretense after I call them out for scamming during this crisis.

Loan forgiveness program where 80 - 90% and even 100% if you’re disabled is forgiven. Eve who claims she is in Orange County appears to be in the Philippines. I know the accent and when I gave a difficult Filipino last name, she had no trouble spelling it. Puts me on hold (with piano music) to transfer me to their “best” loan specialist, but Grabhub delivered my order …

As mentioned earlier, Eve put me on hold to transfer me to a loan officer. That hold eventually disconnected after 1 hour 59 minutes and a few seconds. I guess 2 hours is the maximum limit of their system. Of course I ate, did some chores, etc. while on hold.
