415-735-7991 - Officer Kevin Cooper does not understand that you cannot be audited on taxes you have not filed yet, that you cannot be separated for arrest on a joint tax return and that the IRS rounds off their numbers and does not charge 45 CENTS! He also lost it when he told me the police were coming to arrest me and I told him to contact my husband at the local precinct. That being said, he was trying to scam a woman who said she was 5 months pregnant with 3 children who did not work. Have fun!
