This was a new story I used. The scammer was so upset by it (Jack Lawson) that he would not SHUT UP! I let him do his shtick and then told him I was in a wheelchair from a car accident. He wanted to hear all about it. I actually am disabled but not in a wheelchair. I described my real accident and WALA all my charges were dropped. He went on and on and on about how because I was disabled that I didn't owe any taxes and he just stumbled and babbled for a full 10 minutes and then put me on hold to check what he could do about my 'special case' with his supervisors. I did not know how long I was going to be on hold so I hung up. I waster 34 minutes and 24 seconds of his time. Go for it.
