SCAMMER: Kenlie Young (Username: Fishingdot, UID: 1075210825943482428, from the CinemaSins server)
The scammer will send random friend requests to users on Discord. Once accepted, they will ask how you are and where you’re from before introducing themselves as a 43-year-old Chinese national living in Western Australia.
The scammer will then attempt to share their “lithium and iron ore mining investment project,” though it swiftly became clear to me that the scammer doesn’t know proper English.
They then explained the process and I was later able to get them to reveal their company as Lithium Miners, LTM, though the scammers also do business as Ecolithium Miners
As this was all the information I needed, I sent them a Grabify link to the Wikipedia page for the Tianenmen Square Massacre. While the Discord user has yet to click on the link, I did share it on their web chat portal and managed to grab the IP of an employee from Nnewi, Nigeria, who later used a VPN to falsely claim that it wasn’t him.
