We have some non-toll-free dialing available again on BobRTC. This outage was due to losing an agreement to deliver traffic. The previous outage of NTF 4 weeks ago had everything to do with what numbers were being dialed. In response to that outage we have improved security on BobRTC including account validation and a lot more moderator intervention to reduce the chances of dialing inappropriate numbers.
However, this time it is hinging on factors beyond our ability to control.
I don't expect NTF dialing to be stable for some time but in the meantime when there are routes willing to take our calls they'll go through. The only way you'll know for certain is to attempt to dial it and see if you get through.
Toll-Free dialing is not affected by any of this.
