“John Parker” was too deaf to provide “suppoat,” instead opting to transfer the call to an incredibly-invasive hellochod who remotely connected to my virtual machine via ConnectWise and blanked my screen with a fake software update so he can pull up a “refund form,” which he falsely claims was “accredited by the Better Business Bureau”
- I never completed the form while on the call with the hellochod, as he was too intrusive of my privacy and tried to play it off by asking bullshit questions like “what kind of privacy.” If I did fill out their fake form, I would’ve been asked to log into my nonexistent bank account.
