So it looks like the pieces of shit at Bandwidth.com, the premium carrier loved by scammers everywhere, owns a whole A block in Phoenix. A number from their switch tried to call me and it was already flagged as suspicious but there were no reports on it online.
It looks like Bandwidth owns an entire A block, which means they're acting as a telephone exchange. In this case it's in the Phoenix/Mesa area.
It's with high certainty that any number calling you from (480) 269-XXXX is going to be from a predictive robodialer, and a scam.
If your call blocker apps do not give you the feature to block whole telephone number spaces, make sure to go back to the Google Play store and give a review and contact the app developers and demand to have this feature. I already block the entire (480) area code in my phone system because most of the calls that come out of there are for debt collection, scammers or various other robocallers and I only have one individual in the Phoenix area I call regularly (who uses a different area code).
