I conferenced the Lenny bot's number with Supportteq, a notorious/long-term tech support scam company. Enjoy--it would seem the "technician" was very confused. And of course, 6 minutes of his time wasted ;)

@ScamBuster99#43645 So funny!. The Supportteq crooks have a fake Pleasanton, California address. The street is correct but the street number is empty lot.
Their New Delhi address is a two bed room house of one of their assistant manager's home.
