Legal documents scam

you have legal documents that need to be delivered

call now to arrange

Its a common debt collector’s trick to get a “target” to call back. The phrase “fax order delivery” is a give away and phony “process server” attempting to deliver is another one, followed by the phrase “to your home or place of employment”.

@Eviltaco799#103837 Unsolicited robocalls…

If they do not want to be identified as scammers, they need to change their business practices. I don't owe anything and they leave messages. I am sure I am not the only one.

@Eviltaco799#103837 ask them for background information on their firm. If they are honest, we can note it and delete the post. If not, well, what reason do they have not to be honest? As @MKHNT#103811 mentioned, the voicemail left describing arrangements for delivery of legal documents from an unknown entity is a trick and dishonest on its own.

@Eviltaco799#103844 their reviews say it all:

"I have asked to be removed from their call list over 3 times. I am keeping very accurate records of continuous calls. Should be quick & easy money. I should also include, I have blocked multiple numbers and do not know the person they continue to harass me about."

@Eviltaco799#103844 My gut is telling me they’re legit bro.

Debt extortionists always claim to be legitimate and never reveal any info unless you are one of the "targeted" victims. These type of people use scare tactics in their messages, threatening law suits, arrests and harassment of friends/family to pressure a victim into calling them back. Saying they are a mediation company is also a tell tale sign they are debt extortionists when they are giving the victims the chance to pay to stop the "process server" from delivering the phony documents. Process servers are paid to deliver and don't get paid if they don't, so they don't warn the target they are coming nor do they offer them a way out by paying now.

Here are 4 pages of call reports for just this past week:

Its difficult to scambait Debt Collectors unless your able to act as one of the target victims and know enough about the victim to gather information on who the scammers are. Once they suspect someone is "nosing around" for info, they go right into the legitimate mode and clamp up tighter than a sphincter in cold water.

@MKHNT#103962 thank you for the info. Love the depth of knowledge you guys have been bringing lately!
