Lean Times Ahead

India imposed a national curfew, many call centers are closed. I believe it’s gonna be a slow few weeks ahead.

Sad…it’s my hobby to torture these MFers

@Louie45#132893 @jaymee#132860 Mine too. I am going to go through the willies after doing this daily for 10 years!

“… now only god can save us.” - said by an SSA femscammer who I “befriended” when I invoked karma and the corona virus in our conversation last week. She said they’ll close down soon because of the virus, she will try to go back to hometown in Nagaland if she can.

I tried calling SSA numbers today, no luck at all.

I think that it will only be a matter of time before these benchods figure out that they can scam people from home. While the big scam call centres may shut down, I’d expect a lot of smaller, mom and pop type scams to start appearing.

This could be a goldmine as many of them will be fairly clueless and will be very susceptible to call flooding and general harassment.

I’ve seen scammers setup in their own houses, small rooms with just 1 or 2 people in answering calls… So it might take a bit but we could end up seeing more scammers working from home.

@jaymee#132916 I got hold of just one SSA/VVictimsOfCrime scammer and one Amazon scammer located in India

My scammer magnet landline only had 1 zero percent interest scam call these last few days. The dude sounded tired, and didn’t fall for my usual tricks. He unceremoniously hang up.

The Student Loan numbers were answering, I suspect one line is Philippines based, but now it goes to voicemail.
